Ingredients
For a ~8 pound pork butt
½ cup apple juice
¼ cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon rub (whatever you are using on the meat)
½ cup chicken stock (optional, sometime I add this, sometimes I don't...)
Directions
Combine all the ingredients into a pot and heat on medium until everything dissolves.
Let the injection cool.
Use a good injector and inject the meat.
