Inject your meat for more flavor

Ingredients


For a ~2-3 pound of meat

  • ½ cup apple or peach juice

  • ½ cup tablespoons apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon of clear hot sauce

  • 1 teaspoon rub (whatever you are using on the meat)


 

Directions


  1. Combine all the ingredients into a pot and heat on medium until everything dissolves.

  2. Let the injection cool.

  3. Use a good injector and inject the meat.
