Ingredients
For a ~2-3 pound of meat
½ cup apple or peach juice
½ cup tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon of clear hot sauce
1 teaspoon rub (whatever you are using on the meat)
Directions
Combine all the ingredients into a pot and heat on medium until everything dissolves.
Let the injection cool.
Use a good injector and inject the meat.
