Chicken/Turkey Butter Heat Injection

Inject flavor into your chicken or turkey

Ingredients

For a large chicken or turkey.

• 2 cups chicken broth
  

• 3 tablespoons butter

• 2 tablespoons clear hot sauce

• 1/2 cup honey

• 2 tablespoons salt

Directions

1. Combine all the ingredients into a pot and heat on medium until everything dissolves.

2. Let the injection cool.

3. Use a good injector and inject the meat.
